The information desk is located on the ground level of the terminal, next to the baggage claim.
Reaching the airport by road from central Manchester is very straightforward, simply take Route 28 (Beech Street) southbound, then turn left at Brown Avenue and follow this road until it becomes Airport Road. From here, follow the signs to the airport entrance. The total drive time from central Manchester is approximately 15 minutes.
Coming from the south or north, take Interstate 93 to the junction of Interstate 293 and State Route 101, and then turn off at exit 2.
From the west, take State Route 101 to the junction with Interstate 293 and turn off at exit 2.
Public Transport
Bus:Manchester Transit Authority (tel: +1 603 623 8801; www.mtabus.org) provides scheduled bus services (bus 3) to and from Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (journey time to central Manchester: 30 minutes; fare: US$2). Greyhound Lines (tel: +1 800 231 2222; www.greyhound.com) operates long-distance services to Boston and beyond (journey time to Boston: 75 minutes; fare: US$19).
Shuttle:Shared shuttle bus services to Boston are operated by Flight Line Inc. (tel: +1 800 245 2525; www.flightlineinc.com). Services to destinations in the local area are also available from a number of other operators.
Taxi:Taxis are available in front of the terminal. Reliable Airport Service LLC (tel: +1 603 858 9730) and Executive Airport Service (tel: +1 603 365 1213) are among the many companies serving the airport. The fare to central Manchester is around US$18.
Terminal facilities
There are several ATMs on the ground and first floors of the airport. However, there is currently no currency exchange service at Manchester-Boston International Airport. Passengers wishing to exchange their money should travel to a local bank in the city centre.
Free Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout Manchester-Boston Regional Airport.
There are several full-service restaurants and a selection of other food outlets and pubs throughout the terminal, both pre- and post-security. These include a grill restaurant at gate 14 serving steaks, pizza and salad.
There are several newsagents and gift shops in the terminal building, on both sides of the security screening area. Duty-free shopping is not available at Manchester-Boston International Airport.
Luggage trolleys are available in the terminal. The lost and found office (tel: +1 603 628 6019) should be contacted for any items lost within the airport complex.

There are around 11,000 parking spaces at Manchester-Boston Regional Airport. The main multi-storey car park houses 4,800 spaces and is connected to the terminal by an elevated pedestrian walkway. The airport’s designated short-term car park is located close to the terminal entrance, while the long-term car parks – each served by a free shuttle bus service – are located a little further away. There is a free waiting area for drivers meeting arriving passengers.
Car hire companies at Manchester-Boston Regional Airport include: Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz and National. Car hire desks are located on the ground floor of the terminal building, near the main entrance.
