Ekaterinburg Koltsovo Airport is the international airport serving the city of Ekaterinburg city, the fourth-largest city in Russia. Our guide to the airport includes contact details, as well as information relating to terminal facilities, public transportation routes and nearby hotels.
There are two automated information kiosks located landside in the international terminal (Terminal B).
The two terminals are directly connected, allowing easy access between the two buildings.
Ekaterinburg Koltsovo Airport is situated in close proximity to the Trans-Siberian Highway and is signposted from Ekaterinburg city centre. The journey time is approximately 25 minutes.
Public Transport
Rail: The Koltsovo Express connects the airport directly to Ekaterinburg's central station. The journey time is around 40 minutes, and a single fare is руб50. When travelling from the airport, tickets should be purchased on the train.
Bus: Intercity buses run regularly to Chelyabinsk and other major towns in the Sverdlovsk region.
Taxi: There is a taxi service to the city centre and to neighbouring cities (tel: +7 343 222 0222). The journey time into central Ekaterinburg is around 30 minutes, and fares start at around руб300.
Terminal facilities
Free Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout Ekaterinburg Koltsovo Airport. A post office, public telephones and an internet café are also located on site.
There are a number of cafés in both terminals, plus one full-service restaurant, which is in the on-site Angelo Airport Hotel.
Left luggage facilities are available. The lost and found desk for enquiries about lost items can be found in the arrivals area of Terminal A.
Airport facilities
There is a business lounge in each terminal, offering a full range of services. Extensive meeting facilities are available in the adjacent Angelo Airport Hotel (tel: +7 343 272 6555; www.vi-hotels.com).
There are 360 parking spaces in a short-term car park directly outside the terminal buildings at Ekaterinburg Koltsovo Airport. A long-term car park is located further from the terminals and a free car park is located near the motorway.
Car hire operators represented at the airport include Avis and Europcar. Desks for these companies are located in the Arrivals Hall.
The 4-star Angelo Airport Hotel has direct access to the terminal complex at Ekaterinburg Koltsovo Airport, and offers a full range of services, including conference and banqueting rooms, a restaurant, bar and fitness centre.
