Visas

All foreign nationals — except those from Burundi, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, Rwanda, Somalia, South Sudan, Tanzania, and Uganda — are required to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorisation (eTA) before travelling to Kenya for tourism, business, or other purposes. Authorities recommend applying at least two weeks before departure. In addition, travellers must complete the International Travellers Health Surveillance Form online before arrival.

Please note that the Kenya eTA is not a visa. Nationals of certain countries are still required to apply for an eVisa to enter Kenya. For a full list of countries whose citizens require a visa, visit https://immigration.ecitizen.go.ke.
