Nassau Lynden Pindling International Airport Guide (NAS)
Lynden Pindling International Airport (IATA: NAS) is the main international gateway to The Bahamas. The airport is located west of Nassau, the country's capital. From downtown Nassau (Prince George Wharf), head west on W Bay Street and continue onto John F Kennedy Drive, which leads directly to the airport terminals. The journey time is about 20 minutes if there is no traffic.
Public Transport
Taxis: There is no shortage of taxis at Lynden Pindling International Airport. Fares depend upon within which zone your destination lies. For example, the fare to downtown Nassau is about US$32 (as of 2023). Beware of additional charges such as bridge toll and extra fees for oversized bags, boxes, and additional passengers (beyond two).

Terminal facilities
Terminal A is for domestic arrivals, and domestic and international departures. The check-in area here has an ATM and also a bank.
Terminal B is for international arrivals, and it also has an ATM.
Wi-Fi access is available.
There is also a post office near the check-in desks in Terminal A.
There is a choice of cafés and restaurants.
There is also a food court in Terminal C (which serves US departure routes only).
Lynden Pindling International Airport has a range of shops post-security, selling anything from souvenirs to fine food and drink. Duty-free shopping is available.
The five-star Sandals Royal Bahamian provides all-inclusive luxury accommodation on the beachfront. It has six different pools, ten dining options, three food trucks, eight bars (including two swim-up bars), and nightly entertainment.
